    I am from Imo State and a strong advocate of CAEI. But the issue is that we have waited so long to be empowered in Imo State. What could be the problem. We keep hearing from the state excos that we are not yet up the number to be empowered.

    Is the CAEI duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission ? If so, what is her registration number ?

    I see CAEI as one of those government program that might not see the light of the day.
